Remengesau, Jr. – Mr. Ngiraibelas Tmetuchl, Chairman, Board of Directors, PVA – Dr. Yimnang Golbuu, CEO, PICRC – Governor Franco Gibbons, KSG – Jennifer Olkeriil, Director, DCLE, KSG “RECOGNIZING the scope of activities with the initiation and preparation that includes dialogue with PVA, PICRC and KSG, the development of an activity framework, and the selection and design for a baseline study is necessary. This baseline survey will determine transplantation site(s) within Koror and/or sites within RISL, including locating sites for coral seeding resources. Lastly, the implementation of constructive activities, such as coral transplant field activities; and resource-sharing among key stakeholders (PICRC, PVA and KSG).” “The Palau Visitors Authority, the Palau International Coral Reef Center and the Koror State Government hereby agree that all parties (PVA, PICRC & KSG) aspire to move forward with the coral transplantation and other KSG-authorized marine life transplantation program(s) as envisioned in the PICRC Proposal, therefore, expect to follow through on the intentions, recognized in the Memorandum of Understanding.”
