Note:
BPS can only hold the alleged suspect for 24 hours, while waiting for his Warrant of Arrest to be released. Now that the Warrant Arrest has been released, Foncy cannot be found, therefore BPS is urging the public to assist if they know the whereabouts of Foncy.
